ABOUT VILLA LIMON

Villa Limon enjoys has an enviably spacious plot (1000sqm) with an elevated position on Bezirgan Road, enjoying stunning views from every aspect - looking down to Kalkan harbour and out to sea towards Snake and Mouse Island and to the Taurus Mountains from behind. Kalkan old town and harbour are 15 minutes walk away from the rear of the property or a 3-4 minute drive. Being up hill on the way back, it takes a little longer. Taxis from town are easily accessible and reasonably priced from the taxi rank or can be called to the villa with just a few minutes notice. We have parking for several vehicles for those wishing to hire a car. There are a couple of convenience shops within easy walking distance of the villa as well as 'home-style' eateries, with a full culinary choice from Kalkan's splendid restaurants in town as well as all facilities from banks and Post Office.Each of our sunny terraces benefits from the sunlight right to the end of the day and provides wonderful sunset views.

Over the Spring of 2014 Villa Limon has undergone a significant upgrade and extension to incorporate more spacious indoor living areas including the addition of a beautiful dining area and a large sixth en-suite bedroom.Outside we have built an extensive additional terrace with stunning Ottoman seating, providing shade and a further outside dining area. The terrace also benefits from a bar with fridge and running water as well as a jacuzzi.The roof terrace now benefits from comfortable seating and a further bar area, again with fridge and running water. It is a great place to star gaze (telescope provided) or simply watch the sunset with a glass of wine. The roof terrace is a popular place for groups wishing to use the space for Yoga or Pilates.The villa is exquisitely appointed throughout with a mix of modern and traditional furnishings providing every comfort for up to 13 guests. All bedrooms have beautiful marble and ceramic en-suite wet rooms.

Our combination of beautiful outside terraces and luxurious indoor living make Villa Limon a wonderful holiday retreat for small and large groups alike. It also makes a memorable, picturesque setting for special birthday or anniversary celebrations and weddings all of which can be superbly catered for by our experienced local partners.
In fact we can provide first-class catering for one-off dinners at home, parties and celebrations or a fully catered holiday with butler service.
Additionally we work with an experienced local masseur who can provide a range of relaxing treatments at Villa Limon at times to suit our guests.

Our local managing agents provide an excellent service for our guests, tending the outside terraces and pool daily and a twice weekly maid service and change of linens. All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.
Assistance with airport transfers, car hire, car seat or cot rental provided
on request.
